Sky zone trampoline park11/22/2023 You would think they would have a members' only line or a way that paying monthly members can print out their tickets easily, but no, you have to wait in the long line like the rest of the newbies wait for all their questions to be answered, wait for them sign all their waivers, and then wait for all of them to pay! For members, it only takes literally less than 2 minutes to print out tickets, instead I waited in line over 45 mins for a 2 minute process, not member friendly at all, I may have to reconsider renewing. A long line with only one person at checkin/checkout counter. The park is fantastic, however the operation is a shame. Then we walked out with nothing due to the complete irresponsibility and uncivilized environment that was demonstrated at sky zone. He also told us we were too old to be there when we are only 18. After this I heard Alex refer to his African American employee as monkey and continued to call him racial slurs. We even asked before hand that we would be jumping till 8:30 and the employee clarified twice that 8:30 was correct. Not only this but he acknowledged that his employee told us the wrong time. He also told me to go back to my own country and starting speaking to me in an Indian accent. When I politely asked for a refund he told me that I made the whole place smell like curry and I was in no place to ask for a refund. So we went to the general manager, ALEX, who said that one of his employees had made a mistake and that we were only allowed to jump till 8, when we paid for 90 minute passes. At 7:55 they told us that we had to get off because glow zone starts at 8. They told us that we would only be able to jump till 8:30 so we decided that it was worth it to jump for an hour. First of all we arrived at 7:15 and bought an hour and a half pass for 40$. It really is a great spot.Im completely outraged with my experience here at the Springfield sky zone. Ps.totally pay the extra small add on for "sky wars" if going in the evening! It's a nerf gun style game on the trampolines with protective gear that is ridiculously fun and "epic" for kids 8 and up. but the final thing I have to mention is that if you have any kids who need gluten free pizza, their onsite Uncle Faith's pizza is the best gluten free crust we've ever tasted! I could go on and on about this place.dodge ball. There's couches, a few high top bar tables, and two long picnic style table that pushed together can sit about 24 kids. It holds 50 comfortably in my opinion, and it's a great spot for parents to be up high watching the kids throughout the areas. If you ever have a big party and are willing to splurge on your event, I'd highly recommend booking the upstairs lounge area privately. The safety of kids is essential, so having a bright place with a large straight forward lay out, is ideal. For me this is a big difference between Sky Zone and their competitors. I really wanted to write this 5 star review as the service I had at Sky Zone Surrey this weekend was fantastic! I had a very large party (of 57 people) arrive and every single employee and member of management was lovely and willing to work with me to ensure the group had a great time.įrom the way the phone is happily answered when you call (I called a bunch of times with questions) to the way staff interact with you in person at all places, it seems obvious to me that the staff truly enjoy working there. I plan to return on another day of the week though. We were there on a Friday night so maybe that made things more calm, I probably would not try a Saturday. A very different experience and overall environment than what I have experienced at the extreme air park, specifically the one in Richmond. I would also like to add that my son wanted me to video him doing a flip, the staff allowed me to walk (in socks) across the area (non-trampoline surface) so that I could do that. pizza/hotdogs - what you would see at go bananas or great escape in langley Standard run of the mill concession/kitchen onsite FYI. Especially because he had free unlimited pop for the time we were there. My son commented that they actually have water fountains there! I found it interesting that an 11 year old would notice something like that. I would have liked to see a little more control on their behalf instead of waiting for me to get involved first but otherwise, a good place to go. Some issues with older kids playing dodgeball and being inappropriate, once I intervened the staff did also. Once that was settled the experience went fairly well. Off to a great start! Staff was confused initially as I was there for a party, turns out I accidentally beat the birthday child there. At first I was unsure why my friend would host a party in Surrey, coming from Richmond.
